Dear Parents,

My name is Stacilyn, and I have over 30 years experience with newborns, as well as training as an Emergency Medical Technician/Paramedic Assistant.  I have always had a passion for helping others, especially babies.  I am a full spectrum doula, certified as a postpartum doula and Newborn Care Specialist to fully serve my clients.

After graduating from college, I become a mother to two amazing kids who are 20 months apart. My expertise in sleep training was largely shaped by my personal experience as a mother to a premature, special needs child. His arrival into the world was challenging, and his persistent demand for nursing every 45 minutes, day and night, with food allergies, initiated my quest for effective solutions. Over the first decade of my son’s life, I continually adapted and refined his routines to accommodate his changing needs.

This personal experience, along with my work with other families, coupled with extensive professional training, has enabled me to develop a unique program that I now offer to parents in need of help. Motivated by a deep seated desire to support fellow parents, I have pursued nad continue to update my professional training and certifications.  To date, I have accumulated 20,000+ hours of 4th Trimester postpartum care experience since obtaining my certifications, and I love to travel!

I am committed to providing you with 24/7 comprehensive support during the crucial fourth trimester and beyond. Working full-time, often exceeding regular hours, I am dedicated to addressing your specific needs and guiding you towards a well-rested and harmonious family life. My calm and patient nature will help assist you in your journey as successful parents. My breastfeeding experience of 3 years, plus being certified as a Breastfeeding doula as well, I can offer you guidance and help in lactation. A final bonus for hiring me is that I have a veterinary background as well and can assist with your fur babies too! I love all species of animals.

Sincerely,

Stacilyn Bellemare

SEE WHAT PARENTS HAD TO SAY:

"We wouldn't have survived without her and will absolutely use her for future children!"

"Stacilyn has been a true blessing to our family as a night nanny. Before she was even hired, she volunteered to install his car seats in our cars and more. She has truly treated and loved him like her own and made our transition to parenthood much smoother than it would have been. She is genuinely helpful from tackling laundry, to waking me when I oversleep, and sending sweet pictures. Having her to allow us some uninterrupted hours of sleep a few nights a week was the most incredible investment. She also has taught us a ton of tricks and tips for managing a baby. We wouldn't have survived without her and will absolutely use her for future children if she is available!"

-Megan H.

"Stacilyn is a very experienced child care specialist. She came to our rescue when we were having a heard time caring for our sick newborn. Stacilyn was available to us at a moment's notice and took charge of the situation and helped us out.  We are so glad to have found Stacilyn and will definitely use her skill and expertise in future whenever the need arises.

Stacilyn is a very loving caregiver who shows love and affection to our children like they are her own.  She is always punctual (even a little early).  I never have to worry while my kids are in her care.  Being a mom herself, she is beyond competent, and we appreciate her understanding of children with special needs.

What is a Full Spectrum Doula?

According to Birthing Advocacy Doula Trainings, "a full spectrum doula is a non-medically trained community care worker who offers support to people during the full spectrum of pregnancy – from preconception, to birth, to abortion, to miscarriage, to adoption, to postpartum.  Stacilyn is a Full Spectrum Doula and she oversees a very experienced team.
